If your product doesn't fit or is damaged, we'll exchange it within 30 days. You pay for return shipping, and we'll cover shipping for the new item. Your satisfaction matters to us at TimberWool!

When it comes to our slippers, please note that if they are too small, the yarn does not have any stretch, which can cause them to wear and break over time. If your slippers are too small, we encourage you to exchange them.

When trying on slippers or any other wearable items, we ask that you only try them on to determine if you need an exchange. Please refrain from wearing the item beyond that, as worn items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be exchanged. Simply try it on, then take it right back off and send it back to us. We’ll promptly send you the same item in the correct size.

If the size you need is not in stock, you're welcome to choose a different color that is available in your size. Should you prefer the same color and it's unavailable, feel free to place an order, keeping in mind that it may take longer depending on backlog times. Thank you for your understanding!
